My adaptation of an allrecipes.com recipe that didn’t have cashews. DH likes these too. We’re on a roll here! INGREDIENTS: 3 egg whites 1 cup white sugar 1 1/2 cups ground cashews DIRECTIONS: 1. Beat egg whites until foamy, then add sugar gradually still beating until stiff peaks form. Fold in cashews. 2.
